Many failures of cable intermediate joints are caused by poor sealing. Our company adopts a new process (three seal process), which makes the operation of cables safer and more reliable. The so-called three seals, namely, the outer protective layer seal, the inner protective layer seal, and the seals at both ends of the inner insulating pipe, constitute a total of three seals.

The insulation pipe is lengthened to solve the problem of creepage.

The protective sleeve is soft and flame retardant.

1）除非另有规定，试验应在环境温度下进行；

5）本试验仅适用于能直接或通过衬套与电缆金属屏蔽相连接的终端；

6）进对峰值电流ip>80kA的单芯电缆附件和峰值电流ip>63kA的三芯电缆附件有此要求；

7）对瓷套管、瓷绝缘套管的终端无此要求；对有护罩式终端应在三相条件下试验。
