The ambient temperature for installation of heat shrinkable cable accessories must be above 0 ℃ and the relative humidity must be below 70%. The temperature of heat shrinkable cable accessories is rising during heating, but the insulation surface of the cable is still keep low temperature. When the high-temperature and high- humidity gas meets the cold surface, it will condense and adhere to the insulation surface of cable covered with moisture, which seriously affects the installation quality of the heat shrinkable cable terminal.

2. The installation of heat shrinkable cable accessories must be completed continuously. Because the discontinuous completion will make the heat shrinkable cable damp, affect product quality and cause frequent failures.

3. The installation environment must have sufficient light. Before installation, check whether the tools are complete, whether workers are familiar with the use of various tools. Install in strict accordance with the instructions.

4. During the installation of heat shrinkable cable accessories, it is strictly prohibited to damage the sheath and insulation surface of the cable. The place where the cable accessories and the metal parts contact shall be carefully polished. If not polished, there may be barbs or other on the metal parts, which will cause the heat shrinkable accessories cracked when directly sleeved.
